About the Chef. . .

Chef Jason Lawenda was born and raised in Los Angeles, California.  He discovered his passion and love of cooking while volunteering with the Los Angeles Fire Department.  It was there where Chef Jason helped and prepared meals in the busy firehouse and learned the importance of the firehouse kitchen. He went on to study Culinary Arts & Sciences at The Restaurant School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

He apprenticed under Chef Georges Perrier of Le Bec Fin and Susanna Foo of her namesake restaurant. He has had the distinct honor of cooking at the James Beard House and for the James Beard Awards in New York City.  After his time on the east coast he returned to the west coast and was part of the opening team of Sensi Restaurant at the Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.

Chef Jason Lawenda currently resides in Chagrin Falls and is the proud chef/owner of All Hands Culinary Services, specializing in intimate gatherings and private chef work.
